Hello fibdax,

% Chg value is taken from the chart status line and is streamed by the data provider.
Make sure you have not reached the limit of available realtime tickers from IB and that you can see this value in IB TWS window and on a chart in MultiCharts.

Hello fibdax,

Is this behavior replicated on a constant basis? Does it happen during certain time period or the whole day?
Please provide the following information:
1) What exact version and build number of MultiCharts are you running? (in MultiCharts go to Help tab-> About)
2) What is the version of TWS you are running ? (TWS Help tab->About->Scroll it down to see the version)
3) please send me the workspace you are using;
4) in QuoteManager select the symbols you are using, make a right click on any of them->Export data->Export instruments (without data). Send me the Qmd export file for analysis to support@multicharts.com
