Getting Historical Forex Tick Volume

Hi, I am new to this forum and hope I am not asking too stupid a question, though I could not find it already posted.
I am using Multicharts in conjunction with Interactive Brokers.
When I pull up a chart of a stock it populates the historical price and volume data, however when I pull up a chart of a forex pair e.g. EUR.AUD, it pulls up the historical price data but not the volume data. It seems to start building the volume data from when I pull up the chart but I cannot see how I can load the historical data. I have used the Multicharts Reload facility but that just seems to reload the price data.
Any suggestions on how I can load this historical forex tick volume data.

The spot forex marketplace does not have volume. You can get tick counts by going to instrument format and change build volume on to tick counts.

Yes I have that setting on and I am getting through tick volume updates, but I have no history prior to opening the chart.
How do I get through the Tick Volume history for forex when I am using Interactive Brokers as the data source.
Perhaps Interactive Brokers does not provide the historical data?

Interactive Brokers does not provide historical Forex volume.

^^....and its tick backfill is 1 second data.
