MISSING DATA  [SOLVED]

hello,

I need some help with missing data on my chart. I have a gap in my data even with download missing historical data checked. The same pairs do not have a gap in Mt4 with the same broker so I know it is not from the broker.

My questions :

Is there a way to retrieve this data ( I have had several gaps like this since january)?

Is there a way to setup multicharts so It instantly saves data as it receives it.

Which data provider do you use? What is your chart resolution?

Sorry for my late answer. All I do now is when I close the multicharts software, I wait 1 or 2 minutes before shutting down my computer because I noticed that there is a delay between the time when I shut down multicharts and the time that it saves my data. So when I see the actual window that shows me it is saved, then I can shut down everything. Never had a problem since then. Thank you much for the help.
