Custom indicators in scanner window

Postby MidKnight » 06 May 2014

Hi there,

Trying to automate my contextual biases into a single place. I have a scanner window that has daily data loaded and I have indicators that on some days, will provide a +1/-1 value. I would like to have the scanner window colour code their cell within the scanner window based on these values but I am running into a problem with the indicator. It seems that on days when my criteria are not met, it still outputs the last indicator value from some days back. Is it possible to output nothing or must I do that myself by effectively outputting zero or something like that?

With thanks,
MK

Hello MidKnight,

You are right, that the User should decide what value should be entered in a specific moment.
Plots in the Scanner always draw the last known value.
