Strategy Performance Report

Where can i find information on how to read and understand the Strategy Performance Report?
Also i have been trying to change the account size and commission rate by using the settings button but it will not let me. What am i doing wrong?

You can click on a performance metric in the Performance Report and then in the lower half of the window a description/information will appear (steps are here).

You can also change these in the Strategy Properties window, after which the strategy will recalculate and the Performance Report update with the new values.
