Dynamic Currency Conversion for Backtesting

Postby zammo » 16 Jun 2014

Hi everyone, first post here...

Been seriously looking forward to this feature to test a basket of fx pairs.

However when I try and do this I get the following error shown on the attachment

" The currency for the <pair> @ FX instrument is not set. To set the currency, please go to.....

I have tried setting the currency on the exchange level in quote manager, although I dont think should be right as surely it shouldnt be one currency on exchange level with different fx pairs?

Please can someone help me with this...

Would love to get this working correctly

Hello zammo,

IQFeed Forex symbols are not working in MultiCharts 9.0 Beta 1 using the new Portfolio currency conversion functionality, as they have specific symbol names.
This is a known issue and should be resolved MultiCharts 9.0 Beta 2.
