Alert box: Is there a way to modify it's position

I got problem with MC alert box. Their localisation interfere with info on my screen. I'm looking the possibility to change them.

As I understand, MC alert box use an build-in Microsoft Windows function. Is there a way to modify some register that would modify the localisation?
