Combining Discretionary Orders and Indicator development

I would like to be able to design an indicator that takes advantage of manual order entries. To do this I need to know what the current order status is in the DOM or chart trading. I also need to get a callback when an order is placed, rather than just wait for the start of the next bar. I have no idea if this is possible in MC, but any information pro/con would be a huge help.
