Problem with TS Data connection
Connecting to TS's Data feed seems to be problematic and takes forever "waiting for data". Any tips?

Now I'm confused. The Installation video clearly says that MultiCharts should be the one made to run as "Administrator", since TS by default runs as the administrator!

This remote demonstration tool has to be one of the most effective ways to provide technical help and quickly solve problems. Without it, people could be spending days banging their heads against the wall trying to figure out what's going on. I know I did in the past on other platforms!
But also, having the skills, combined with the dedication and the willingness to promptly respond to the situation and provide the needed assistance is very admirable. It's a plus for everybody.
So, to you Henry, I say BRAVO!

Yes indeed. Makes you wonder why aren't such effective techniques and levels of dedication to technical support being adopted by other companies!?
