What was your data provider reply? Have you tried restarting all MultiCharts processes?Yes, i have.
The Avatrade plateform is working well.

AVATRADE API has been updated. The issue has been resolved in the Live Chat by Alex by updating MultiCharts to ver 8.8 build 9589/9590 that supports the updated AVA API.
