In MultiCharts there are 2 pre-built indicators: Advance-Decl Line and Advance-Decl Ratio. They will be plotting correct values only if you have required instruments provided by your data feed.
MultiCharts is a trading platform and we are not a data provider, so you need to contact your data vendor directly and ask what instruments are required from their end to have this data.
