Rithmic Disconnects

MultiCharts64 Version 9.0 Release (Build 10173)

Rithmic has been giving me problems ever since the update to the current release.

As soon as I see this, I restart MC and everything connects fine. I checked my once per second ping test that I have going 24/7 and there were no disconnects to Rithmics servers.

Any tidbits?

Hello MAtricks,

Similar issue was found on another customer's PC and we have asked him to report the case to Rithmic support. We haven't heard back from them. Please contact Rithmic support in regards to the case.

I have had problems with rithmic on other platforms simultaneously. Including Rtrader by rithmic and SC.

Multicharts actually maintained live rithmic data while the others disconnected.
I could not place trades, but I still had data on MC.

SC and RTrader disconnected and would not reconnect.

I believe if you contact them at support@rithmic.com with detailed description of the case, they will help you. You can also mention that similar issue was reported to Rithmic API department by us.

I saw that error message one time so far and it eventually reconnected. Knock on wood, only saw it one time and that was a few weeks back.
