Please add "% of trade value" in commission limit

IB has a max stock commission rate equal to 0.5% of total trade value in both their fixed and tiered commission structure. add "% of trade value" in commission limit setting will allow us to simulate IB commission rates more accurately.

Also IB tiered their commission rates based on total monthly volume not on a single trade volume. any way to simulate this in portfolio trader?
