PnL not calculating  [SOLVED]

Is there a setting that turns the PnL/tick/% function on/off on the charts?
Reason I ask is that it use to work for me but now it does, just shows zero all the time even though price has moved away from my entry.

I don't remember changing anything in my settings.

Do you have multiple accounts under your broker login?
What exact version and build number of MultiCharts are you running? (in MultiCharts go to Help tab-> About)

I use IB and I've recently opened a second account with them so that's different then before.
I'm using release 9 build 10360

How many accounts do you have in the TWS you are connecting to?
Please go to File->Broker profiles->Manage->IB->Edit. Which "Unrealized profit calculation mode" is selected?
Do you have realtime data subscription for the instrument you are having issue with?

I have 2 accounts under the same login
I have "By best bid & Best Ask"
I have IQ feed as a data feed but for this instrument "eur.usd" I'm using the IB data feed.

couple of other recent issues:
-my chart trader buy/ask buttons no longer reflect the current bid ask, they are frozen even though the chart prices are updating.
-when I place my bracket order my stop/target amounts are now twice my entry amount. i.e I buy 50k but the stop/target amounts show 100k each as if its a stop and reverse strategy? This is all in manual entry mode by the way, no auto trading.

Jim, please do the following: 
1. close all charts/DOMs/Scanners for this IB instrument;
2. Disconnect IB broker profile;
3. Delete the symbol mapping for this instrument (File->Broker profiles->Symbol mapping) - both IQfeed to IB and IB to IB;
4. Re-add the symbol from the data source: 
In QuoteManager please go to Instrument tab->Add symbol->From data source->IB;
5. Plot a chart with the added IB instrument (using IB feed) - the proper IB to IB mapping should be added automatically.

If the PnL is still not updating - please disconnect IB broker profile and try selecting "By Last Trade" for "Unrealized profit calculation mode".

Ok figured out the rejected order issue, had the wrong account selected but the other issues are still there,

-no PnL showing
-stop/target bracker orders are twice the entry amount

the correct bid/ask price is showing in chart trading now.

The issue was resolved doing a complete reinstall.
