Add Symbol from Data Source

I'm unable to add symbol from data source using IB. I'm using IQ Feed for data, but IB as the broker. I need to map the symbols and I can't. Quote manager says:

Connecting to symbollist data for AUD CASH USD

TWS error message: Id= -1; code=504; description= Not Connected

The IB Gateway is up and connected. MultiCharts is trading futures through IB, but I've never been able to add a symbol from IB as the data source. Why?

Are you doing this in Symbol Mapping window?

Yes, I've tried in the symbol mapping window and in Quotes Manager.
