Portfolio Trader success scanning big symbols List "1000"?

Anyone has success of scanning a huge symbols list like 500 or 1000 or whole list of Nasdaq? in Portfolio Trader

I tried but IB stopped me and threw a error saying it can only do 100 symbols at once and it costs extra Booster pack for every 100 symbols, so for 1000 symbols, it seems not doable paying for every 100

but I hear people run strategy of 1000 of symbols to filter, like Gap up, for example

how do you do that?

Can you name some. I do have Barchart datafeed who also has limitation and Barchart has 500 symbols on mya cct (used to be 100 and changed subscription to 500)
