Get orders by email without linking to Broker

the " Order and position" section shows only orders by strategies go to a broker account.
Is there a way to see the same informations (orders by strategies) without link there to a broker, as it was possible in the old TS 2000?

Backtesting results can be viewed in the Strategy performance report.
Here is a sample code created by one of the users to monitor the strategy status.

By purchasing the API, is it possible read the orders issued by the various strategies?

By purchasing the API you can develop a trading plugin to the required broker. If you run auto trading with your strategies connected to the broker - you will see the orders in Order and Position Tracker window.
