TS Data Stuck On "6 Quotes Received"

Postby mcjohn » 09 May 2015

TS appears to be successfully added to the Quote Manager as a Data Source and assigned when "Loading Data..." as it reports i.e. GBPUSD, TS with a Status stuck on "6 Quotes Received". Suggestions welcome.

This is also occurring with Oanda. So it must be MultiCharts., Charts and Portfolio Trader get stuck on "Backfilling...." after 6 bars, or 6 quotes.

How much back data are you requesting?
How much back data is available from your dataprovider?

Can you open the QuoteManager and make a screenshot?
You should be able to see the dialogue between MultiCharts and your dataprovider.

Hello mcjohn,

Please close MultiCharts and all of its processes. Make sure that no processes with MultiCharts in Description remain in Task Manager -> Processes (Win7) or Details (Win8) tab: https://www.multicharts.com/trading-sof ... _Processes
After that is done please start MultiCharts.

If this solution didn't help and you still have the issue-please come to our live chat Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 1 pm EST. We will do our best to help you.
