Import Symbol Watchlist Through .Net

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to import symbols to the watchlist automatically. Scenario is I have a file stored on my computer which is updated multiple times during the day by an external program. I was hoping to be able to monitor this file for changes and when there are changes automatically update the watchlist to match the newest version of the text file.

There is no such prebuilt functionality.
