I was able to add the root of E7U5 Euro FX to the symbol dictionary of QuoteManager (for Interactive Brokers).
However, I cannot check Use Symbol Dictionary Settings on the settings tab of that symbol. I get a "You must enter 'Daily Limit' value between 1 and 1000000" dialog box preventing me from applying the changes.
I figured out that I can just copy the info from another dictionary, but I don't see where to edit the Daily Limit on this Beta.

Re: Symbol Dictionary - Daily Limit
Hello rrams,
This issue has been replicated and forwarded to the development team. The fix is targeted to MultiCharts 9.1 Beta 2.
In order to enable the Daily Limit field you need to change the ShowDailyLimitCtrl value from "False" to "True" in the registry editor (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TS Support\your MultiCharts version\QuoteManager). In order to apply the changes you need to restart all MC processes.
