That's strange.
Did you try to go to File -> Preferences -> Charting -> and selecting Improve visual appearance of drawing tools (no blurriness, but higher CPU usage)?

please post a screenshot or go directly to live chat so the guys at support can check what is happening.

did you upgrade your graphic card drivers? It can make a difference.

is the blur only happening with MC?

Massimo, I got the same problem

In my case, I got Nvidia graphic card and drivers for it are not adequate yet. I did update my graphic cards (i got 2) but problem remain.

Problem is likely not from MC

Good luck

Hi all,

The issue with the layout sharpness is present only with DPI > 100%. It is caused by the way Windows increases the DPI.
There should be no display issue when using the 100% DPI value.
Please do the following:
Right click on the desktop and go to Screen resolution;
Click on "make text and other items smaller or larger";
Set it to 100% value.

We will add proper handling of DPI > 100% in MultiCharts 10 - next platform update.
There is no ETA for the version yet. Please follow our blog to get the latest updates:

Hello
This morning, I did resolved some issue with my charts screen resolution and blurring by installing the latest Nvidia driver

https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers ... /a_id/3798

This is the first time since I did the upgrade to Win 10 that a graphic card update do resolved some problems. Usage will tell if OK

Sorry to say that the fix was not kept by Windows after a PC reload. Same blurriness and missing pixel on some windows panel. On WinTen forum, a members replied that he also had the same short term fix with the latest Nvidia update

For sure, this is not an MC problem
