Bad Ticks

Postby iso » 10 Mar 2008

Is there a way to filter for bad ticks? Or once a bad tick is on the chart, how do you correct it? I attached a chart. The bad ticks from last week make the chart unreadable.

I am curious how to run an automated strategy with all the bad ticks. Does anyone have experience with this?

Thanks

It is a real big problem and it weakens MultiCharts' potential. This is why we are planned this feature for the next version.
As a temporary solution please use QM->Edit data to correct the wrong bar in minute data and in ticks.

Sorry to resurrect such an old thread, but when can we expect bad ticks filtering?

JoshM,

This feature is in our roadmap and we plan to implement it in future versions.
