I have this reoccurring problem with Barchart.com where sometimes the connection gets lost and when it reconnects it does not refresh the data properly.
There was no problem with the connection in general as I did not have a problem receiving data from LMAX for example.
Is there a way to automatically force Multicharts to refresh the datafeed to get around this problem?
I have attached two snapshots, Snap2 is the refreshed data. This is becoming quite a big problem.

Solved with the help of Barchart.com support. There might have been an issue with their load balancing.
