Problem with connection (hostorical data backfil) to rithmic  [SOLVED]

Hello, I have problem with connection to rithmic.
Backfill data not work.

In other platform (SC, NT) historical backfill work without any problem.

In other platform (SC, NT trader) historical backfill work without any problem.

If MultiCharts works on other platforms,
that means the problem is not in MultiCharts, but rithmic.

It is Saturday; most companies do their server maintenance on the weekends and holidays.
Have you checked their website for notices?

Rithmic had problems with backfill on Friday, I tried R Trader and it wouldn't load any charts either. I'm not sure how SC and NT work with historical data compared to MC.

Have you completed the registration agreements when you first log into R Trader. Assuming you are new to Rithmic. TJ is right as well. I do know they do server maintenance on the weekends. I ran in to this in the past.
