Relative Strenght Rank Indicator-Wanted

Hi, I am new to the Multicharts platform. Also I am a naive and I am just starting learning about coding with Powerlanguage.

I would like to recreate the William O'Neil Relative strenght Rank indicator into Multicharts, but unfortunately I cannot do it.

Has anybody coded such indicator? If that was the case, would it be so kind to share the code please?

Won't it be easier to simply use O'Neil's website?
They do all the legwork, you read the report.
