Can't connect to FXCM

Windows 7 and MultiCharts 9.1
Followed the instructions but am getting an error that states "user or connection doesn't exist"

User exists.. triple checked and logged into their software with my user number.

Please try to setup following the instructions specified here: https://www.multicharts.com/trading-sof ... er_Profile

In case it works in FXCM terminal and does not work in MultiCharts, please come the Live Chat Mon-Fri from 6.30 AM to 1 PM EST.

I tried the new beta version 10 of multicharts and still getting errors.. see pic. I will come to live chat

This is a known issue with FXCM API that is still being investigated.

Do you have a timeframe in which you anticipate this getting resolved? I opened up the account with FXCM under the premise that it was a Multicharts supported broker.

Unfortunately, there is no ETA at the moment, we are doing our best to update it as soon as possible.
