Help me translate this strategy  [SOLVED]

Hi there, this is my first post in this forum and i have just started using multicharts
I would really appreciate if anyone could help me translate these 5 lines of code to easy language

What i want basically is to find a way calculate heikin ashi with something like the resolution function
since multicharts has no heikin ashi functions (that i am aware of)
(The whole concept for this is to apply a higher time frame heikin-ashi into a lower timeframe chart as you see in tradingview)
