2 Computers, 2 Charts, 2 Different Outcomes

I am back testing on one computer using MC and IQFeed, delayed data (10 minutes), and trading on a second computer using MC and Interactive Brokers and IQFeed, real time data. My problem is that the results on the 2 computers is totally different in their outcomes and sometimes in the charts themselves. Anybody having a similar problem and how do you correct this?
