How can I calculate the forex pip value. I tried with big point value, min move, price scale and just can't seem to get it right.

Hello mcjohn,

Min.Movement * Price Scale * Big Point Value is the price of 1 tick in the secondary currency of the Forex pair.

Thanks, however, that did not get me what I was looking for. For example, if there is a 10,000 size lot of EURUSD the value of a pip is $1.00. Using the formula above it returns a value of 100,000.

You have to change the symbol's Big Point Value in the QuoteManager.

What should it be? I was with tech today in live chat / team viewer and the BPV was set "correctly" to produce accurate P/L of open positions. Also, these will be different for most pairs. For example, the USDJPY at 10,000 would be $0.90 at this time. It seems that there should be an easier way.
