Can you describe what is wrong?
Do you have a reference chart for comparison?

What time in the morning did you start the MultiCharts?
Do you know if there was an internet outage?
Have you tried reloading the chart?

the chart called cobra turned out to be a internet problem according to IB.
there were multiple reloads in the morning to try and fix the problem.
near the end of the trading session the chart looked normal after a reload. Hmmmm.
