No real time update for eSignal HKF custom futures  [SOLVED]

There is an issue that eSignal HongKong Futures exchange cutsom futures HSI, HHI don't have realtime update. The history data is all correct, just no realtime data. Individual contract like "HSI K7-HKF" doesn't have this issue, realtime data is correct. Also, IB data source HSI custom furtures don't have this problem.

If I change "Trading Days Prior to Expiration" from 1 to 5 days, realtime data restored. But that changes current contract from HSI K7-HKF to HSI M7-HKF. However HSI K7-HKF is the contract has the most trading volume and the individual HSI K7-HKF can have realtime data without this problem.

We couldn't reproduce this issue on our end.
Please provide an export of your workspace and export of the symbols used (with data) from QuoteManager.
Also, please upload the log files when you don't receive realtime data

It's solved. It seems only HSI K7-HKF has realtime & history data, HSI K2017-HKF means expired contract is history data only. This is not a Multicharts issue.
