Quotemanager loosing data if pc crash

Hi,


i am running MC and QM in an VM (hyper-v) 64-Bit and i collected realtime data via DDE.
last day i had an power failure, so the whole server stopped working.
After restarting QM i realized, that the collected data was not stored.
And the QM did not realize, that it was closed abnormally.
I had the same effekt if MC/QM hangs and i had to shutdown the process.

Is there anything i can do to restore the data?
In some cases QM realize that there is some unprocessed data in the cache and QM stores it after a restart.

QM Version: 10.0.13557.400 64 BIT.

I will do some test if it works, because i collect more symbols without drawing then in the charts.
And by the way, i although lost the data that was plotted in a chart.
