I currently use MC11, export data from the quotemanager, I export all or instrument and the result is always the same. with mc 10 all worked well. Should I make a downgrade? Corrupt data are in the quotemanager - if so are problems two months of smoke data

OK. I misunderstood you. I thought you were importing an ASCII data file.

You are using MC11. It has built-in Backup and Restore function.
Please read the following links for instruction.

Good evening, but in a week none of MC had time to see this error message that I think might potentially affect all MC users, and meanwhile I can not transfer data from one PC to another using export instruments, what do I do handle each title ?? thank you !
