If you can export the data to an ASCII file, it can be imported to MC.

You can have a MT script write real-time price data to a file, and then use that file as ASCII source for MultiCharts. That should be possible if neither MT or MultiCharts locks up that file so that the other program cannot access it. (In the past I had no problems doing that, but those past results don't have to a guarantee for the future, and so the small disclaimer. :) )

I'm not aware of a native MT feature to stream data out of the application towards somewhere else.

of course there is a way - DDE.

Enable MT4 DDE (Tool/Options/Server), then in quote manager go to Tools/Data Sources/Universal DDE - load MT Template and change the default fields to =MT4|BID!* and =MT4|ASK!* (for some reason quote manager have them without the "4" prefix.
Restart Everything.
Create a new symbol, same as what your MT4 name is with Data source Universal DDE and you are done.

MT5 does not support DDE.... there are third party tools which do though. Search on internet.
