1 Price change custom resoultion

Multicharts "1 Change chart" has two prices for each bar, One for open, one for close. I created a true 1 change custom resolution chart type. To use it, create a new custom resolution type, replace code with the attached .cs file. Set chart type to "Chg", Resolution to "1 Tick". Now, you can see the chart has more bars than Multicharts native 1 Change chart but still less bars than 1 Tick chart.
