Hi MC,
I add the USD/EUR symbol (EUR=X) in QM, but the range of open and close is narrow( "MC scale")
and it's different from normal scale ( "normal scale").
I try to setting the "edit symbol"-"price scale" ,
the decimal just available ,but the open and close range is nothing?[/b][/size]
extend the range of open and close of candle in currency

Re: extend the range of open and close of candle in currency

Please close MultiCharts, make sure that all processes with MultiCharts in description are finished in Task Manager -> Details tab:

Then restart MultiCharts, open only 1 chart for the symbol you have issue with,
and send us the report attaching your workspace and data, so that we could check it on our end:
Please go to Help -> Feedback.
Select the options:
Attach a screenshot;
Attach Log files…;
Snapshot of the current MC setup;
Open workspaces…;
Data for active instruments…;
Upload collected data to Help Desk;
uncheck other options and click Send.
As soon as we receive and analyze the files, we will get back to you with the answer.
