Ladies and Gentlemen,
I switched off my computer before my vacation three weeks ago with the user ID XXX9081072 and switched my computer and multicharts on again on Sunday, October 25th.
But now I still haven't made any changes to my PC and have a new User ID XXX7684336.
Since I bought several indicators and systems, they no longer run under this user ID. Can you reset my User ID to its original state?

As I told you by email User ID is a unique number generated based on your PC hardware and software. If you’ve made any changes to your machine’s components, then this must have led to the User ID change. System updates can also force the change of ID.
Unfortunately this cannot be controlled on our end and we cannot reset it.
You will need to reach out to your studies provider to have the studies linked to your MultiCharts registration name instead of the User ID. This way you’ll also be able to use your studies on a different machine should there be the need to upgrade the current one.
