Hello Henry,
have uninstalled my TWS and installed version 972.1v as per your suggestion, but still cannot load charts of the following futures:
@FBTP, @FDAX, @FTMIB.
When looking for those tickers in MC, all I get is the same error message I had with the latest TWS version, plese see below

Hello Leo,
You need to type in the Underlying (root) to perform the symbol search for IB connection.
You can find it in the symbol description in your TWS.
