Greetings gang,
I have been using TS to trade while using MC to backtest. I had bought MC while it was on sale because I thought I'd use it eventually to trade and it seemed to have a bigger community. Now the time has come where I'm switching from TS to MC+IB. Are there any landmines I should watch out for where I'll get different behavior from an automated strategy than I did in TS? For example will having the same "Strategy Settings" cause the strategy to take basically the same actions that they would in TS? Maybe there's nothing to worry about, but I thought it safer to ask.
Thank you,
Zaphod

You can open a papertrading acct with IB. It is free, it uses real data, and it mirrors your cash acct privileges. You should test your system before going live.
Good luck and good trading to you.
