[CQG] Open Position PnL not updating  [SOLVED]

Hi,

The open position PnL does not update for open trades. The value is zero since opening the position (please see ).

Why is the PnL not updating?

The MultiCharts website https://www.multicharts.com/features/brokers/ says that CQG PnL is emulated locally.
The MC Wiki https://www.multicharts.com/trading-sof ... er_Plug-in says:

Open position Profit/Loss is provided through CQG API. Unrealized Profit/Loss for the account is provided through CQG API.

What is correct?

I'm using MultiCharts 12.0 Build 20026 Release 11, TS as the data feed for MC and CQG broker profile.

Please verify that you receive realtime data updates from CQG. If there is no realtime, then PNL will not be updated.
If you have realtime but PNL is not updated, please send us the logs for investigation.
To send the logs go Help -> Feedback. You need just “Attach a screenshot”, “Attach Log files…”, “Attach minidump…”, “Include Backup of Logs…” and “Upload collected data to helpdesk” options checked. Leave a comment about the exact symbol and date/time of the issue.
