Hi,
Anyone using Portfolio Trader with a Saxo Group LIVE account ? I am unable to automate a portfolio, I get this message:
" Impossible to turn on auto trading. Calculation has been stopped "
despite a correct login:
Any idea on how to solve the issue ? Thanks for your help.

Re: Portfolio Trader and Saxo
I answer to myself:
MC has to be already connected to Saxo for PT to enter directly in automated trading, otherwise we get this above error.
Alternatively, once we get this first error we can then enter our credentials in Saxo login web page and turn on again automated trading... lots of clicks !
Could you please change this behavior so that we get the chance to log into Saxo BEFORE the error arises ? Thanks.

Re: Portfolio Trader and Saxo
Hello Mydesign,
Could you please answer these questions so we could analyze your inquiry:
1. Is your issue reproduced on a pre-built signal?
2. Is this issue only reproduced in Portfolio Trader or it is possible to be reproduced on a chart?
If it is possible, please try reproducing this behavior using one symbol, then please send us logs via the main MultiCharts window -> Help -> Feedback.
Please select the options:
Attach log files…;
Upload collected data to help desk;
uncheck other options and click Send.
We will do our best to figure it out as soon as possible.

Re: Portfolio Trader and Saxo
How to reproduce:
- MC not running
- Open a portfolio with startegy set with Saxo as broker, but Datas from a different source (with symbol mapping)
- Start "Automate Order Execution"
- Wait until datas are collected and strategy calculated
- Get the warning: "Impossible to turn on auto trading. Calculation has been stopped"
- Actually, the Saxo login page pops up - in background - at same time (or just 1 or 2 seconds before, but hidden), so we have no opportunity to enter credentials before calculation is stopped.
- At this point we can finally log into Saxo, but we have to start again "Automate Order Execution"
So please change these 2 behaviors:
- Saxo login page to pop up in foreground
- Do not stop calculation before we are logged in: just wait !
