Trailing stop enquiry

Hi community,

I have two questions to ask about trailing stop which I am not certain about. I would like to know if trailing stop works regardless of the timeframe of chart? I supposed there isn't a difference when I choose a 1 min chart or a 120mins chart as that should be based on the live tick to make that trailing stop decision right?

The second question I would like to ask is that a right setup to see the Buy/Sell with trailing stop in the same bar? Is that work in live trading?

The reason I am asking as I want to make sure I have the right setup for trailingstop. Please feel free to share your insights/tips when using these kind of trailingstop as well. Thank you so much!

Trailing Stop does not depend on a selected timeframe.

Yes, that is correct. Trailing Stop works right after the position on the same bar is opened.
