*using Multicharts 14, IB API gateway 978

another instrumenst are OK.

however the MCH.HK keeps pop out this error dialog,
also, the top part of the charts shows grey color letter but not green color letters,
the auto trade icon is not available as well.

This message comes from Interactive Brokers and it means that for this symbol you have delayed data.
If you do not make changes to the chart, it will start updating after a period of delay.
Autotrading is not possible on delayed data, only real-time data can be used.

If you'd like to have real-time data for this instrument, you can contact Interactive Brokers and ask them to include this symbol in your real-time data subscription.

Since MultiCharts 14 it's possible to disable the delayed data alerts for IB in QuoteManager -> Tools -> Data Sources -> Interactive Brokers -> Show Delayed Data Alert.
