Data feed stuck again and MC stopped responding when live trading, the bid and ask prices are not correct and look at the spread!

Please specify which data feed you use and the name of the instrument.
Also please send us the logs for analysis so that we could investigate what happened.
To send the Logs, go Help -> Feedback. Check “Attach a screenshot”, “Attach Log files…”, “Attach minidump…”, “Include Backup”, "Snapshot of the current MultiCharts setup" and “Upload collected data to helpdesk”.
In the commentary section specify the exact time and date when you experienced the issue.
Our Engineering Team will check your logs and we'll contact you by email as soon as they finish investigating the logs.
