Saxo - Missing Data

Hi there,

I asked Saxo support and they said to ask here.

If someone has Saxo and Multicharts - would you please check something for me.

For the symbols:
APM1
AUS200.I

I am missing data from 2021-03-20 @ 0000 to 2021-03-20 @ 0159 (Sydney Exchange time)

I go to View > Reload Data > 1 week but I cannot seem to fill this data gap?

I have also tried reloading "All Data" and still could not fill the data gap.

I am just trying to see if this is a Saxo data issue or if it is a Multicharts datamanager issue?

Hello Kaos,

Do you have the data for this period in SAXO platform?
Also please try using Sessions = 24/7 in chart settings (Format -> Instrument -> Settigns tab).
