MC installation on dedicated server  [SOLVED]

I am trying to install MC on the dedicated server. OS is Windows Server 2012 R2. WHen I run the installer I get the message "Error downloading..." - the screenshot is attached. I am guessing it is related to the Mircosoft.NET Framework 3.5. I tried to find the answer on the net, but to no avail. What should I do?

Ok. Figured it out. Microsoft.NET framework had to be installed separately, through the server manager. MC installer ran without problems after that.
