Renaming or deleting signals in PL .NET Editor

Postby idnotbe » 21 Jun 2021

when PL .NET Editor shows the list of studies in the right side panel (i think it's default arrangement) , i can right-click a specific study.
then it shows OEPN / CUT / DELETE.

1. why no RENAME?

2. if i click DELETE for an un-complied signal, it doesn't work.
first, it pops up an message "Do you really want to delete studies XXX?"
if i click OK, then it shows an message "XXX studies are applied to a chart and cannot be removed" , though it cannot be applied to a chart because it is un-complied.

plz fix or improve this basic functionality.

Hello idnotbe,

The development team knows about the issue you described in point 2, they are currently working on a fix.

As for the Rename option, at the moment you can rename your study by right-clicking its script (or its name in the Navigator panel) -> Properties -> Properties tab.
