Auto-trade connection issue  [SOLVED]

My MC connects to interactive broker gateway for autotrade, sometimes IB gateway lost connection from IB server and reconnect later. However, MC is always not able to reconnect to IB gateway even the IB service is resumed, then autotrade is stopped unconsciously. Any configuration I can do?

This situation has never happened when I use portfolio trader for autotrade before.

Hello,

Please try to disable the option Disconnect the broker profile in X seconds in File -> Broker Profiles -> Manage Broker Profiles -> Interactive Brokers.
Check the attached screenshot.

If the reconnection is not successful, try to restart IB Gateway.
If you have antiviruses/VPN running, they can also interfere with the connection.
