IB DOM Ask-bid price not sync

Hi,

The DOM does not work properly with IB real and demo accounts. Sometimes, ask-bid prices are misplaced, which results STOP orders' being mis-executed. Sometimes, ask-bid prices are just completely missing. Everything has been up-to-date. I just cannot figure out the reason.

Please reproduce the issue on 1 symbol and send the following files and info to support@multicharts.com so that we could analyze the issue:
1. Screenshot where the issue is highlighted
2. Screenshot of the symbol settings in QuoteManager: double-click the symbol -> Settings tab.
3. Log files sent via the main MultiCharts window -> Help -> Feedback.
Please select the options:
Attach log files…;
Snapshot of the current MC setup;
Open workspaces…;
Upload collected data to help desk;
uncheck other options and click Send.
We will do our best to figure it out as soon as possible.

Any updates on the issue? Is it my setting problem or software issue?

After testing, the same issue exists in MC .NET.
