Hi,
I tried using the GBak Utility, now all my Charts are set to "Local, even though I always had them on "Exchange", but Charts are still correct.
I always download Data with settings for "Exchange" Time-Zone and fit it to the Germany-Zone via Session-Settings. My thoughts were, that with doing this, it would never matter where on the world I am and dont get confused mixing Instruments from different countries.
1. What do I do now, use the old database again?
2. How can I prevent this from happening?
3. Did I understand the generall concept correctly, or dont I need to worry about mixing up data and just adjust session-times - what is the right way to do, using German and US Instruments?
Thanks
Chris
edit: some charts did change, all my mapped ASCII data now has a time-offset matching the difference of the time-zones
After using GBak Utility all Charts now "Local" instead of "Exchange - help

Hi Jupp25,
GBak Utility has no effect on the Time Zone settings.
It is possible that your databases got corrupted. Please try restoring the backed up databases.
If the issue can be reproduced, please come to the live chat Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM till 12:00 PM ET to demonstrate it via remote connection.
